A Blogger Account Manager is responsible for finding and analyzing bloggers according to campaign criteria, negotiating with bloggers in text format (no calls), and assisting with the preparation and monitoring of advertising materials with bloggers.

The job is fully remote. You only need a smartphone or computer with a stable internet connection.

You can set your own work schedule. However, it's important to dedicate at least 6 hours per day to work. Additionally, training, negotiations with bloggers, and primary communication with colleagues typically take place between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

Career growth is possible after three months of work. You can advance into roles in design or copywriting, human resources, advertising project management, or work as a personal manager with top bloggers.

Payments to managers are based on a piece-rate system, depending on the volume and quality of work completed. The average manager earns around 25,000 RUB. Top-performing managers can earn over 60,000 RUB per month—your earnings are entirely up to you, with no payment limits.
